About Us
AceCare is the official service centre fully operated by Acez Instruments Pte Ltd. Acez Instruments - a market leader in industrial instrumentation & control, has more than 20 years of experience as a major supplier for quality measuring instrumentation. As our promise to constantly keep customer service in mind over the products we supply, AceCare Service Centre was introduced in 2008. AceCare is well supported by our principals as their Authorized Service Centre.
Why go to AceCare?
At AceCare, all our maintenance and servicing programs are handled by Service Engineers trained and qualified by our Principal. AceCare guarantees only usage of genuine parts on all replacements and we do not involve any third-party servicing. We also provide a standard 3 months after-service warranty on the serviced parts and workmanship. Only with AceCare Authorized Service Center, can you have full assurance over the service and quality provided by us.
Service Centre Programs
At AceCare we provide a wide range of after-sales service as well as preventive maintenance at attractive prices.
Some of our programs include:
- Warranty servicing on instruments brought from Acez Instruments from brands such as Davis Weather, Dynasonics, Ecom Instruments, GE Druck and Isotech.
- On Site Servicing Evaluation
- After-Servicing Calibration (Singlas optional)
- Yearly re-calibration on and maintenance programs
- Product Maintenance Training at a minimal cost
Service Charge - Basic Evaluation
1. In-House Basic Evaluation: S$ 70/ Instrument
2. On-Site Basic Evaluation: S$ 120/ Instrument
Service Charge - Advanced Evaluation
1. In-House Advanced Evaluation: S$ 120/ Instrument
2. On-Site Advanced Evaluation: S$ 170/ Instrument
Note:
- Do check with our service engineer whether your instruments fall under the basic evaluation or advanced evaluation.
- All evaluations do not include repair, trouble-shooting and replacement of parts.
- Evaluation results are not conclusive and can only be used as a reference for the basis of repairs.
- Servicing requirement is subjected to change when the actual service program is on-going.
- Prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
