• For Franchise

The minimum paid-up capital of the company is suggested to be US$100,000 for each Area Product Distribution Franchise. This is subjected to variables such as the business registration costs, licenses, insurances, rental deposits, etc.

For the Country Master Franchisee, the minimum paid-up capital should be about US$350,000, subjected to the number of product distribution franchise units.

Franchisees are also required to make an initial inventory purchase worth US$38,000.

• For Licence

The minimum paid-up capital of the company is suggested to be US$100,000 for each Licence. This is subjected to variables such as the business registration costs, licenses, insurances, rental deposits, etc. Licenceees are required to make an initial inventory purchase worth US$38,000.

For Acez® Product Distribution Franchise, the Royalty Fee ranges from 3 - 5 % of the Total Inventory Purchase Price per quarter - depending on the amount of inventory purchased. Franchisee is also expected to set aside an amount equivalent to 1% of Total Inventory Purchase Price per quarter for advertising purposes. No Royalty fee will be charged for Acez®'s Licence.

The main factors that determine profitability include:

• How well the product distribution franchise or licence is run
• The location of the product distribution franchise or licence
• Active and close involvement by the franchisee or licencee owner(s)
