Price - listed herein is ex-factory, effective at the time of
publication and is subject to change without prior notice. As
for local purchase, GST, VAT, etc will be levied accordingly.
Specification - unless otherwise stated, all meter using electrical
power are supplied with 220V/50Hz rating, unless made in USA at
110V/50Hz. Dimensions and other physical characteristics are subject
to normal commercial tolerances.

How to place order
By telephone: Simply dial our line to speak to our experienced
sales personnel on your requirements. They are trained to offer
technical assistance as well as aiding you on how to place an

By facsimile and email: Describe your requirement includes ordering
code, description, model, supply voltage and other technical specification
on specific feature. Please specify the mode of delivery and consignee
address in your order.
For countries that require import license on restricted items,
please consult your local authorities. List all the necessary
information and documents required upon your order.
Methods
of Payment
Cash and carry: Simply reach our main office and retail
outlet to make cash purchases.
Cash and delivery: Where the local transportation mode and individual
arrangements permit, you may specify cash on delivery on your
order.
Open account: Credit terms are offer to our regular customers
on an open accounts basis. Just request for the Credit application
form, acknowledgement and acceptance requires approximately one
month.
Letter of Credit: This method of payment is especially valuable
for customers in countries where currency controls are in effects.
Thus, simply open a letter of credit for the cost of merchandise,
freight and handling of the letter of credit.
Methods
of Shipment/Delivery
State your preferred transportation mode in order - courier service,
airfreight, sea-freight or even parcel post. Our logistic department
will handle your order as requested.
Terms and conditions of sales: Once the goods are purchased and
discharge from the port of loading, it is deem the title of goods
have been transferred to purchaser. Goods sold cannot be returned
for credit or exchange unless prior authorization is obtained.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged.
Warranty and Repair: Our company warrants all products to be free
from significant defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of 6 months from the date of purchase. If repair or re-adjustment
is necessary and has not been the result of abuse or misuse within
the warranty period, please return freight prepaid and rectifications
of the deviation will be carried out without charge. However,
if the product problems are examined due to consumer misuse, rectifications
charges will be incurred. Out of warranty products will be charged
accordingly should customer insist on the rectification part.
